Before a prospective tenant is considered, they will be required to complete a comprehensive application form providing personal, employment and previous landlords' details. We will also make credit checks using a recognised national agency.
We will always ensure that the tenant we find for your property agrees with matches in terms of type of tenancy agreements, length of tenancy, and profile for example tenants without pets.
A trained representative from our office will always accompany all viewing's of your property by prospective tenants.
GOLD Service offers all of the benefits of the Silver Service and in addition Guarantee rent and Legal Expenses cover subject to term and conditions. The service gives the landlord added security and peace of mind. On this policy, if the tenant fails to pay the rent then the policy will pay rent until vacant possession is obtained.
SILVER Service is the most extensively used service; this service allows Globe Property to manage the property. This service incorporates all the benefits of the Bronze Service and additional (see chart).
BRONZE Service (Let-Only) is designed for landlords who want to manage the property themselves but want Globe Property to find them suitable tenants.
